Will your children get a better job?

Despite your efforts in schooling and other parenting activities, it is possible that you may not be able to inspire your children to get better results in schools or better jobs than yourself. Why does that happen? According Educationist Paul Willis, the general patterns of instruction in schools and at home by the parents may force children into the same jobs as their parents. Does it mean you need better schools for your children? or improve your level of instructions at home?
